Optimize Your Immune System for Sport Performance
Sports that involve prolonged bouts of exercise coupled with intensive training regimens put the optimal functioning of our immune systems at risk. Training related depression of our immune system increases the risks of catching a common cold, flu or other opportunistic infections lurking in our personal environments. In this workshop you will learn which sport nutrition practices that you can do to manage and boost your immunity for health and performance.

If you are thinking of starting to follow a vegetarian style of eating there are a few things to be aware of to make sure that your diet provides all the nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy and fit.
