Natacha is a health promoter at Sandy Hill Community Health Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. She develops and leads physical activity programs and conducts individual assessments and exercise prescriptions with a focus on seniors and people in disadvantaged communities. Natacha has extensive experience in community based programming for health and fitness and has been part of many research projects in physical activity and health throughout the Outaouais region.

Tiffany Moey CAT(C), CSCS, RD, Montreal, Quebec
Tiffany is a Certified Athletic Therapist, NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Registered Dietitian. Tiffany is a staff therapist for the McGill Sports Medicine Clinic and head therapist for the McGill Men’s Rugby team and McGill Swim team. She also runs a sports nutrition program for McGill varsity athletes and conducts individual nutritional assessments and counseling, as well as team/club based nutrition workshops for athletes in the Montreal area.

Susannah Juteau, MSc, RD, Ottawa, Ontario
Susannah Juteau, MSc, RD, is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree from McGill University. Susannah was luckily able to intern with Beth Mansfield where she started working with the Carleton Ravens Women’s hockey and basketball teams. That experience has led to helping out many other teams such as Hockey Atlantic nutrition. She is currently working at the Centretown Community Health Centre as a community dietitian which involves clinical work, running lots of programs, cooking workshops and nutrition presentations. She also does sport nutrition seminars and individual counseling to athletes and sports teams in the Ottawa area.
