Workshops take place on Saturdays at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Get the most current advice about sensible eating to lower LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides. This workshop covers what you need to know about the principles of heart healthy eating to achieve your peak health.
Shape Up: Energy Balance/Body Composition: $50/person
Develop a weight loss plan of action for increasing HDL-cholesterol and decreasing LDL- cholesterol and triglyceride levels. This workshop includes a body composition/ resting metabolic rate test and a hands on workshop to help you adjust your energy balance to achieve a healthy weight goal.
  PowerFuel™ Sport Nutrition: $50/person
Develop a sport nutrition plan to meet your pre, during and post workout energy needs. This workshop will help you select the best foods and fluids to train better, recover more quickly, avoid injuries, and achieve your health and fitness goals.
Meal Planning:  $30/person
This workshop will help you to develop a meal plan (what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat) to achieve your health and performance goals.
