Workshops will resume virtually in the Fall of 2022
Workshops will be led virtually by Elizabeth (Beth) Mansfield, PhD, RD, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Sport Dietitian and Exercise Specialist. Workshops take place virtually so you can join in from the comfort of your own home! All you need is internet access, and a computer with a camera and microphone. Once you register for a workshop (or two!) you will be e-mailed with information on how to join the virtual workshop session. Fall 2022 dates and times will be announced soon so check back in at the end of August 2022. In the meantime – stay safe!

Get the most current advice about sensible eating to lower LDL-cholesterol and triglycerides. This workshop covers what you need to know about the principles of heart healthy eating to achieve your peak health.
|Shape Up: $30/person
Develop a weight loss plan of action for increasing HDL-cholesterol and decreasing LDL- cholesterol and triglyceride levels. This workshop help you adjust your energy balance to achieve a healthy weight goal.
|PowerFuel™ Sport Nutrition: $30/person
Get sport nutrition advice from a sport nutrition specialist to make sure you are meeting your pre, during and post workout energy needs. This workshop will help you select the best foods and fluids to train better, recover more quickly and achieve your health and fitness goals.
|Meal Planning: $30/person
This is a follow up to an individual assessment or the Shape Up/PowerFuel workshops. You will use your energy budget to develop a meal plan (what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat) to achieve your health and performance goals.
